Within this package, everyone receives their own initial assessment and planning session, followed by 10 weeks of 45-minute sessions with your group of friends. Each week, there will be nutrition challenges, and discussions. At the 12-week mark, each participant receives another 45-minute individual session to go over everything and set goals going forward. This is a great option for people to have a built-in support network during their nutritional journey.

Two 15 minute follow up sessions are also included within this package. Have a picky eater? Struggling with meal prep and creating healthy, but convenient options in a busy household? Do you have some family members who have different dietary preferences or needs (i.e. vegetarian/vegan) from the rest of the family and want solutions that can work for everyone?
